1. Eligibility:

Fairmacs is a worldwide supplier of duty free goods to diplomats in various consulates and embassies, to the UN and international organisations. 2. Prices:

All prices are exclusive of duties, VAT, and other government taxes. Invoices will be issued in accepted currencies at prevailing exchange rates related to USD at the time of order. Price adjustments due to manufacturer increases or currency fluctuations may occur without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund policy:

You may return your purchases or have them exchanged within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to perishable goods and special requested items. We issue a credit note for the commodity value after receipt of the original-packed goods. If goods are returned/exchanged, you will have to pay the return freight and bear the risk of transportation. On receipt of unused goods received in their original packing, Fairmacs will issue a credit note for the value of the goods in relation to applicable rules for your destination.

4. Product Specifications:

Minor changes in product specifications may occur. We reserve the right for omissions and misprints.

5. Product Assortment:

We offer over 10,000 products from international brands. Substitutes may be provided for out-of-stock items unless otherwise specified in the order.

6. Pictures:

Website images may differ from actual products.

7. Special Orders:

Special ordered items cannot be cancelled and are subject to minimum order quantities.

8. Country of Origin:

Due to production changes, a specific country of origin cannot be guaranteed. All products are covered by brand quality guarantees.

9. Packing:

Packing will be carried out using our standard packing method, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

10. Dispute Resolution:

The company shall have the final authority to resolve any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions. Such decisions shall be final and binding on all parties involved. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, in accordance with Indian law.

11. Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping across all states in India.
Once an order is placed on our website and necessary documents are received, the items will be shipped within 2-3 working days and should reach the destination within 4-10 working days, depending on the pin code and area.

12. Shipping Charges:

We charge an additional shipping fee for all orders under $900 . Please contact the Fairmacs team for more details on delivery charges.

All orders above $900 will be shipped free of charge.
